In MicroStation CONNECT Edition Update 14 (10.14.00.109), is there a way to change the Text Editor Style? Currently, mine is set to Word Processor, but I cannot find the setting that lets me change this. I couldn't locate the option like I could in V8i which was under Workspace > Preferences > Text > Text Editor Style.
I don't believe those older text editors were ported to the CONNECT Edition, so your only option is to use the Word Processor. In CONNECT the Word Processor dialog is simply named Text Editor.
It was always problematic switching between text editors in V8i as the older text editors didn't support the newer features of the Word Processor editor. It was not uncommon for MicroStation to crash using one of the older editors when attempting to edit text with newer features from the Word Processor.
Is there any reason you need to use one of the older text editors?

Hi Rod! Thanks for the reply. As we are migrating users to CONNECT, we started getting this ask from users who preferred the older Dialog text editor over the Word Processor. If this is the case, I will guide the user to use the Word Processor going forward.
