Program Crashes

MicroStation v10.12.0.40

Frequent program stability issues and crashes.  I ran a "Health Check" using the Advisor Client App. Results below. Comments welcome.

  • Hi Riley,

Can you try upgrading to the latest 11.0.2.20 CONNECTION Client version and see if that resolves the issue? It has a fix for the health check issue in that log output.

If that doesn't work, please file a service request and attach your logs (Run the log collector from the start menu). We can take a look at what might be causing any connection issues.

    Thanks,

    Dan
