Hi Riley,
Can you try upgrading to the latest 11.0.2.20 CONNECTION Client version and see if that resolves the issue? It has a fix for the health check issue in that log output.
If that doesn't work, please file a service request and attach your logs (Run the log collector from the start menu). We can take a look at what might be causing any connection issues.
