&lt;p&gt;Can you try upgrading to the latest 11.0.2.20 CONNECTION Client version and see if that resolves the issue? It has a fix for the health check issue in that log output.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If that doesn&amp;#39;t work, please file a service request and attach your logs (Run the log collector from the start menu). We can take a look at what might be causing any connection issues.&lt;/p&gt;
