Failed to copy payload for Microstation CONNECT Edition

Question

Hi, 
 after Win10 reinstallation i can't install Powerdraft 10 update 8 which i've been using before. I get this information "Failed to copy payload for Microstation CONNECT Edition" over and over. Is there any solution for this problem?

Any particular reason why you want this old version. If you are on SELECT you can download the latest version https://softwaredownloads.bentley.com/en/ProductDetails/1038?packageid=13849 
 I will try to create a Deployment package and upload it.

Due to Transport Layer Security (TLS) security protocol Versions 1.0 and 1.1 being deprecated from 15th March 2020 versions of MicroStation and PowerDraft released prior to Update 11 will have similar issues regarding the installation. It is highly recommended that you should be upgrading to use the latest release as these contain many fixes and enhancements that will improve the performance. As Leonard Jones suggested the latest version can be downloaded via the link provided. If you are no longer on a SELECT contract with Bentley you can contact our Sales Department to discuss what options you might have.
