When creating a line style I have used a particular font. This font is no different to what has been used for the black text below. I have the font recourse file saved on my machine but my colleague hasn't. When my colleague opens the dgn the linestyle uses a different font, but the text in black that uses the same font appears ok. How can I fix this issue so that the linestyle appears the same as mine without the need of the font resource file?
Back in the day, I would never use a text in a line style. I would place whatever text I needed, then drop it. This may no longer be necessary or desired, but you have run into the very problem I always wanted to avoid.

I do see pros and cons to dropping the text. The pro is that I wouldn't need the font .rsc file but the con is that changing the view attributes from wireframe to hidden line to illustration, the dropped font would appear different to that without dropping the text.
