FWIW, I did a 'Select All' in the file and there were no elements reported in the file. That would be indicative that there are no elements in the master DWG file. Regards, Regie

This might be an element display issue. Make sure all levels are turned and verify if there are xref (reference) that are attached that might actually contain the graphics you seek.

What version of MicroStation or Bentley product are you using?

Can you provide the DWG file provided in this PDF?
