I have some PDFs that I would like to import into Microstation Connect and convert the PDF vector graphic to DGN elements. I am sure this would not be a problem to do n Microstation. I am new to Microstation, but I have worked with AutoCAD before and, it does a good job in converting PDFs to AutoCAD graphics. Any suggestions?
Thank You,
Benito Fernandez
I don't believer this feature is in basic microstation ( v8i or even Connect Edition) . However it is available in Autocad 2018 onwards and its pretty good.. you can export dwg to dgn later after you imported the pdf and done the conversion in acad.
Bentley Descartes may have this raster to vector option .. check with other forum or google?
There are other external tools and programs like scan2cad, adobe illustrator, correl draw and online converters that can do it too with varying results.
