AutoTURN Pro button not working

Question

Hello All, 
 My organization already has the AutoTURN Pro button loaded under an organization ribbon. 
 
 However, when I click on it. It says "MDL Loader: Could not load application atcn". Check the picture below. 
 
 I was able to troubleshoot to some extent and I feel I have figured out what the issues might be. I believe the issue might be either no space between the "mdl load atcn;mdl unload atcn". I believe it should be like this "mdl load atcn; mdl unload atcn". Or the issue could be the source. Any and all help is appreciated. I would like to change the key in command but I am not sure why it is greyed out. I am not able to modify that.

I agree with mary you can't have mdl load ; followed by mdl unload statement as that is what it is doing load it then stop it and unload it.. 
 and your manual mdl load works so you need to get admin / or you to edit the icon.. alternatively create an F key combo thats not used and add the manual command as a keyin ..

 Mary & Lorys are correct, you can't combine the load and unload commands in a single button. We use: 
 "Mdl load atcn;ribbon rebuild" to load AutoTurn and refresh the ribbon with the AT ribbon tan added and; 
 "Mdl unload atcn; ribbon rebuild" on another icon to unload it and refresh the ribbon without the AT ribbon tab. 
 
 Please note that the AT dgnlibs have named expressions that should only show the AT ribbon tabs if the mdl is loaded and configuration variables should be set in your workspace that point to the paths of AT to allow the mdl load command to load it correctly.

 If you are able to load AutoTurn manully, but key-in mdl load atcn does not work (entered manually or as a part of ribbon button definition), it can be caused by missing file location: 
 
 As you wrote, you have to browse for the application file to load it (so exact path is set). 
 But in key-in, only the file name, without its location, is specified. 
 
 I have no AutoTurn installed and my knowledge of this software is limited, but you can try to use this (adapted to your installation) key-in: 
 mdl load "C:\Program Files\Transoft Solutions\AutoTURN 10\atcn.ma" 
 ... of course you should check whether the path is right ;-) 
 There are also some configuration variables that control how applications are loaded, but when you are able to start AutoTurn manually, I assume they are configured right, and the problem is only in the right path specification. 
 When it will not work, another area to be checked is your workspace setting.
