Label Tool cell list too long

MS_CELLLIST will list available cells in the drop down on the Cell manager.

It has been co-opted to be used to produce the list of cells within these cell libraries for the Label tool.

The Label tool needs it's own variable to limit which cell libraries are available for label cells.

MS_CELLLIST can have cell libraries in it with hundreds of cells un-related to labels and causes MicroStation to crash when you select the label tool and in the tool settings try to select a label cell.

I very much agree with Stephen, this is a major problem when there is several hundred, or thousands of cells in the libraries in the MS_CELLLIST. It deems the Place Label cell filter useless as it always crashes MicroStation (V10.16.02.34).I am sure I raised this a few years ago and it is still not fixed

I have raised Enhancement (Product Backlog Item) # 870862 for our development team to investigate the possibly of including a new configuration variable to limit the cell list on the Place Label tool to Label Cells.
