Good morning. One of my levels is highlighted in red. Its a titleblock and I need to re-load it (I assume). Is the link broken, was the file moved ? Can someone advise. Thank you.
Yes, what Rod says. A simpler answer is the red means it cannot find the file. Various reasons.
There is an option button when attaching reference files to save the full path of the file. Also this same bidness can be handled with environmental variable to define search paths.

So how do I retain the title block if I save it as a new file ? When I open it now its' a read-only file, so I have to re-save it, and that's when the title block disappears (goes to red) upon opening that new file.
I'm not understanding what you're saying. I like to keep all my files for a project in one folder, if not you'll want to click the full path option (when attached or re-attached) or define the path with the environmental variable.
No problem I figured it out. Thank you.
What was your solution?

I went to the source .dgn file (which had the titleblock embedded), re-saved it using options and merged the attachment(s), and that worked.
