Good morning. I just created a simple polyline this morning, and the software won't let me delete it. PLease advise at your convenience. Why would a software do this ?

What software? A polyline is an AutoCAD entity, in which case you're asking on the wrong Forum.

Its' a Bspline curve and its' on a locked level

If you open Level Manager and right click on the column headings, you will see an option to expose Lock. With this visible, you can unlock the level and then delete the line
