Labeling Regions with Text Favorites

You don't need to label areas in order to calculate stuff.  That's what Reports are for.  See this example.

I am able to do that when i make regular shapes (circles, squares, or a shape) but when i create a Region (flooding an area to get a tight figure) is when i get the problem. 

Where you able to label a shape created by Region?

Please post a DGN example.  Use the Insert=>Insert image/video/file button to post a file.

Attached is the DGNLIB that i am using through the MS_DGNLIBLIST_TEXTFAVORITES variable

The reports look interesting but there are times that we need an area quickly labeled in a dgn file and held there for the record
