Just wondering, besides the super handy Autorun.mvba, is there another way to run some keyins when closing Microstations? Something like the -s startup switch, but for exit, would be awesome.

There are no options from within the product. As you suggest Hooks “OnDesignFileClosed, OnDesignFileOpened" can only be accessed through programming.
