Hello,
I am using PowerDraft connect edition, I am trying to create a batch process, however I cannot find the batch processing utility. I have looked in the backstage "Tools" however it isn't there.
Is there something I need to do to be able to see the batch process, or is there an some other reason the batch process isn't available?
Thanks,
Dylan
Hi Dylan,
The batch process can be launched by typing Batch process on the search ribbon
this will open the Batch process dialogue
you can also use this key in: MDL SILENTLOAD BATCHPROCESS
MDL
SILENTLOAD
BATCHPROCESS
in the backstage you can find it under File menu\Tools
note: according to your screen shot you are not running MicroStation Connect but PowerDraft CONNECT
I do not see this option in PowerDraft

Thank you for your response Maria. I tried typing batch into the ribbon and it did not find anything.
I also tried the key-in and received the error "MDL Loader: Could not load application BATCHPROCESS"
Is it possible for MicroStation to be installed without the batch process facilities?
You're working with Powerdraft that doesn't come with Batch Processing. See here more for insight.

how much cheaper is powerdraft compared to Connect?
Do you still have access to V8i before you went to powerdraft connect?
