I've see some line types with custom ends different from the rest of the line type ie - - - - - - - - - @ where the "@" would be different from the rest of the line type none repeating. How is this achieved. What are the steps required to create custom or special ends ?
In the CONNECT Edition it might be easier just to place the symbol/cell on the of the line end with the Place Active Line Terminator tool (in the Cells ribbon group). The terminators are now associated with the lines on which they're placed.

Here you are Lorys.
The Place Active Line Terminator tool has been around since IGDS, and works basically the same as it always has.
Awesome as alway Rod, Much prefered work around than custom linestyle as most of my work is client standards driven so NO NEW CUSTOM linestyles allowed only the DOT provided ones as we give our work back to them in dgn and they dont update their library to all consultancies ...
