Is their a way to Delete Defpoints that was per accident imported form AutoCAD?
What is the exact version no. (e.g. v10.x.y.z) of MicroStation that you are using? Use key-in VERSION to see the version no. in the MicroStation Message Center, or Help→About MicroStation in the backstage.
VERSION
See this blog that shows you how to obtain MicroStation's version number.

What are Defpoints? Can you post an example file that contains whatever that is? Use the Insert=>Insert image/video/file menu to add a DGN file.

Hi Jon
That is my version
My understanding is that the Defpoints layer (level 0) in an AutoCad file is used to store definition data, like dimensions etc.
What is Defpoints layer of AutoCAD
If you wanted to delete this level when working in either a DWG file or a converted DGN file you would need to ensure that any information stored in this level is no longer required. The following Wiki article may help to identify what is on this level and how it can be deleted.

if the def points only live in a specific level and no other elements use that level then you can use keyin
LEVEL ELEMENT DELETE <level name>
Note the <> are just so you know the level name goes here do not put the <> in the keyin
this deletes ALL the objects on that level.. even if its the active level..( provided the elements are not locked and the level is also not locked)
if you have lots of drawing this keyin can be used in the batch processor...

I agree with Jon; defpoints, 0(zero) are ACAD systems layers like default is to Microstation and do not delete easily.
