I work on a linear infrastructure project that uses a custom survey datums that closely resemble existing datums available in the Library with little adjustment offsets.
Is there anyway to edit the CGS in Microstation library to add new ones so our CAD seed files can match exactly the project GCS?

You will first need to create a user coordinate system library. Check docs.bentley.com/.../GUID-AAF77C12-776B-41E7-A685-1C12EC8D3154.html

how would you know what values to change to make your custom survey datum work in your custom GCS?
Why arent they using a real published datum, GCS instead of a custom one.. even GIS doesnt like that..
Only you will be using this custom datum how does anyone else share or import your data.... oh my head is being done in.... ouch ouch!!!!
