How to improve Display Performance on MS V8i under Windows 10 with NVIDIA Quadro Video Card?

Since latest updates on Windows 10, the control of Display Performance goes through Windows settings and not through Nvidia Control Panel, however we got following looking:

Previosly can be improved through Nvidia Control panel but now we get the following message:

I made changes on the system but still no improvements:
