Unable to install install Update 16 in Windows 11 PC, Why

I am asking about MicroStation Connect Update 16. We are using Update 16 in Windows 10 platform without any issue. Now we upgraded some PCs to Windows 11. After that we can not install Update 16 but Update 12. Please advise to fix it. 

Bentley have not yet certified MicroStation CONNECT Edition for use on Windows 11 as it has only just been released today. I would suggest continuing to use Windows 10.

What exactly does it mean? Is there any error message? What is recorded in installer log or in Windows log?

That's not "fix" in fact, but when you upgraded Windows 10 with already installed MicroStation CE U16, there should be no problem ... at least, I used Windows 11 for several weeks now and have no problem with MicroStation itself and also with developing code for it.
