i need to extract title block/templates tags to edit in a single worksheet as excel sheet.
once updated the tags each and every sheet through excel again need to update in dgn through MVBA.
any one can give macro for the same.

Are you crazy divulging you use a pirate copy of microstation here?
This forum is moderated by BENTLEY the owners of microstation and then ask for help! and expecting help for flexitable from a developer who posts here .. by the way SELLING flexitable and custom vbas etc is how he makes a living. How could he trust you don't intend to pirate / hack and distribute his work...let alone it works in a hacked pirate version of microstation.
Go write your own macro in vba is your only hope now.. Jon Summers from LA solutions won't help you now .. you might find a vba on google to import excel to tags in microstation but don't bet on it...
