I have placed text with only a text field (here the "sheet number" )justification: right top used textstyle, (font century Gothic)
depending on the character, the justification jumps where it want to be...
changing the input field from "mo" to" fo"

Yeah...that looks like a bug.
In theory, I believe that "Right Top" should be the top right corner of the max text "box" (as in, the top right corner of a capital M) but this definitely looks as if it is starting with the top right of the characters as typed, then holding that point to shift the next piece of text. I'm not sure that's what's happening but there's SOMETHING very faulty in that logic.
Please file this as a Service Ticket with Bentley Support. That way the problem can get into the pipeline to be investigated properly.
