Is this behaviour correct?
In the Attributes group of the ribbon, if you drop down the list (combobox LineStyles) and Filter= All, it does not show "(0)ByLevel"...
With Filter= Built-in Styles, it shows it.
The first one is Bylevel. Then 0 - 7 are next. The text "Bylevel" just does not show in the preview drop-down.

Exactly! It´s the first row but "ByLevel" text does not appear. I assume that it´s a bug..
I have raised the following BUG # 712392 for our development team to investigate and fix in a future release. You might like to raise a new Service Request for this to be linked.

I can confirm that the "(0) ByLevel" is now appearing in the latest release of MicroStation CONNECT Edition (Update 16.1) 10.16.01.56 and Bug (Defect) # 712392 has now been closed.
