LineStyle does not show "(0)ByLevel" in its combobox with Filter= All

Question

MS CE- Version 10.16.00.80 Windows x64 , Using RealDWG 2021 
 
 Is this behaviour correct? 
 In the Attributes group of the ribbon, if you drop down the list (combobox LineStyles) and Filter= All, it does not show "(0)ByLevel"... 
 
 With Filter= Built-in Styles, it shows it.

I can confirm that the "(0) ByLevel" is now appearing in the latest release of MicroStation CONNECT Edition (Update 16.1) 10.16.01.56 and Bug (Defect) # 712392 has now been closed.
