Hi Jesse,
Yes, I have an issue with Microstation 10.16.00.80.
When extruding along an element the program gives error and closes.
Thanks,
How can send you the log file?
When replying in your web browser, click "Insert" and choose "Insert image/video/file". Unless the log is very large, you should be able to attach it directly to your reply.

Thanks for the exception log from your crash. Is this the only operation where this crash is occurring? It is possibly related to the type of element that you're trying to perform this extrude operation so it would be helpful if you could also provide the design file containing this element. It does not need to be the original file if you are unable to provide this but can be a file just containing this particular element.

what type of path is being used for the tool? line, curve, arc? Also can you share the files for review
have similar problems With CE16. Microstation crashes way while extruding. 'Solid by extrusion along path' tool will crash Microstation systematically. I have to do most of my modeling with Microstation V8i because CE is so unstable. This handrail for example will crash CE if I try to extrude it along a path line. V8i does the same job without any problem.
I've experienced a similar issue with U16 when using the circular profile profile tool. If I draw a circle and use custom profile it seems to work fine. This has been my work around.
