How can I extend or trim line/linestring against mesh?

Hi 
 Simple question but I have no solution to this issue, How can I extend or trim line/ line string against mesh?

This should help you do that. 
 Compute Surface Intersections 
 If the line does not yet intersect with the mesh you will need to extend it beyond the point of intersection. Now you can use Compute Surface Intersection to place a point the intersection and then trim the line at that point.
