Hi All,
Kindly note that after updating Microstation connect edition to v16 it stopped working – only shows the splash screen for a few seconds and then nothing happens.
We tried to unistall it completely and then re-install but still same issue.
Tried also to uninstall it and install the perious verisons 15 and 14 as they were working fine before, but same issue as well.
Appricate your support to resolve this issue.

You could contact your IT department and verify if there were any changes in the environment. Maybe issue is related to Antivirus MicroStation Connect does not start (SentinelOne) - MicroStation Wiki - MicroStation - Bentley Communities
