Kindly note that after updating Microstation connect edition to v16 it stopped working – only shows the splash screen for a few seconds and then nothing happens.
We tried to unistall it completely and then re-install but still same issue.
Tried also to uninstall it and install the perious verisons 15 and 14 as they were working fine before, but same issue as well.
Appricate your support to resolve this issue.

Occasionally a Windows update stops things working. You need to check your Windows version and what recent updates have been installed (Windows automatically updates itself without your knowledge). Your IT people should be able to help.
