Kindly note that after updating Microstation connect edition to v16 it stopped working – only shows the splash screen for a few seconds and then nothing happens.
We tried to unistall it completely and then re-install but still same issue.
Tried also to uninstall it and install the perious verisons 15 and 14 as they were working fine before, but same issue as well.
Appricate your support to resolve this issue.
I had a similar issue with PowerDraft and Bentley View recently. Updated to a newer CONNECT version and the only thing that appeared was the splash screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling an older version which worked before and same thing.
I got it to work by uninstalling and then deleting the PowerDraft CONNECT & View folders in C:\Program Data and C:\Program Files, and then reinstalling by right-clicking on the installation EXE and running as Admin. It worked fine after that.
