Hi.
I have imported a terrain from a LandXML file. Triangles are visible. Is there any way to avoid highlight triangles (without hide them) when my cursor is on a triangle? I don´t like that behaviour.
I am former user of Civil 3D and triangles didn´t need that.
Under Accusnap settings, try disabling ‘ Hilite active element’
Similarly, when selecting, you can play about with the settings of Locate Interiors

Accusnap is not valid for this because I don´t call any tool, I just move my mouse.
Locate Interiors= Never (Input preferences) is GOOD. I was looking for this. It just highlight the edge (TIN lines) when the cursor is on a edge of the triangle.
I actually meant the Accusnap setting 'Identify Elements Automatically' (wasn't near a computer at the time of posting).
That setting doesn't require a specific tool to be active, however Element Selection is always my default tool (instead of None) therefore elements will always be highlighted when the cursor passes over. However I don't have 'Hilite active element' or 'Identify Elements Automatically' enabled so it was never an issue for me either.
