One thing I didn´t use often in SS series but it was/is a great function when you needed it. this function is Help tracking , where is that function in Connect edition or do it exist anymore in some way? (needed this function yesterday in connect edition but didn`t find it)

That is not available in CONNECT, as well as the "use it" option in the Help.
The only thing similar to this, is the Connect Advisor. When open and the Contextual tab is selected, picking a tool will load in recommendations of videos discussing that tool. In the screenshot I selected the place smartline tool and the connect advisor recommended the video.

You can still use Context-Sensitive Help to a get similar function to Tracking except that it's on-demand rather than continuous.
Just make sure the Tool Setting Window has focus and press F1 (or whichever function key you have Help assigned to)
This should open a relevant Help page for the active tool.
