Would you be able to provide details for the version of PowerDraft that you're currently using.

I have tested the operation of sub categories and they seem to work as expected. If you expand this category in the left column of the Text Favorite Manager they should be listed. Are you expecting them to display in the right section of the manager? Maybe you could expand of your description for your issue and possibly provide an example file.

Thanks for the clarification for the issue you're encountering. I can see in the screen capture that you're using MicroStation PowerDraft CONNECT Edition but it would be helpful if you could provide the version that you're using. It would also be helpful if you could provide a copy of the design file these Text Favorites have been stored. I am unable to replicate what you're describing and would like to test whether this is related to your files or if it is an issue with this version of PowerDraft.

Just to confirm, you are not able to see the main folder for each category according to what I can see from your screenshot. The same issue is seen with CONNECT U15 & U16. We just get a long list of available favorites. I did not set up our text favorites and looking in the manager we have many sub-folders, but the list in the text editor has no separators shown. It would be nice to see which category you are choosing from.
