Text Favorite Manager

I can see in the screen capture that you're using MicroStation PowerDraft CONNECT Edition but it would be helpful if you could provide the version that you're using. It would also be helpful if you could provide a copy of the design file these Text Favorites have been stored. I am unable to replicate what you're describing and would like to test whether this is related to your files or if it is an issue with this version of PowerDraft.
