Hello,
I currently using microstation ss3 ver 8.11.09.578 and have a dwg file that is a title block 24”x36” drawn to a 1:1 scale.
I would like to convert this file to a dgn file and also have the same file convert to a 11”x17” dgn drawn to 1:1.
For some reason my c3d file can not save this to a dgn file and trying to do this online also does not work
Can some get this to work for me.

MicroStation can open DWG and DXF files without conversion.
However, AutoDesk frequently change the file format of DWG files (MicroStation's V8 format has remained unchanged since its introduction in 2001). MicroStation attempts to keep up-to-date by using the RealDWG libraries. MicroStation CONNECT uses a later version of RealDWG than MicroStaion V8i.
