After having been a straight forward command with direct feed-back on mouse dragging, something has happened to the settings. Camera is on in view setup but the whole model “disappears” into a distant spot. Zooming in several times takes the model back to previous look but there is no perspective alteration as wanted. Is it something about the 1-, 2- or 3-point perspective? Ingemar
Would you be able to provide details for the version of MicroStation you're currently using.

It would also be helpful if you could possibly provide an example design file or screen capture to help explain what is happening on your system.

Hi Andrew,
I’m on Building Designer SS_5 and the problem described is very recent. Before the model did not disappear out of sight and the perspective did change as anticipated. Therefore, I search settings unintentionally messed up. Thanks for any ideas, Ingemar
Hello Ingemar,
Can you please try to check whether any clip volumes have been assigned to the file or not. Try to delete all the clip volumes and then check whether it brings back the model or not.

Thanks Alifur,
Your suggestion worked! Although I hadn't assigned a clip volume in this project the clearing command changed the perspective performance - magically. However, the really exaggerated distortion one can do just to see the limits does not happen. Somewhere there are limits applied and the perspective returns to original state. For now, a reasonable effect is fine for me but another time an unrealistic 3D effect might be just wanted. If you happen to know abut those limits, please get back to me,
Greetings, Ingemar
Hello Ingemar, Its good to hear that the suggested item worked. Can you please what do you meant by limits?
