I have similar problems with VUE. My drivers are up to date but problems haven't dissappeared. My Video card is Nvidia Quadro RTX3000.

For similar issues, Users have upgraded their graphics driver to latest and it has fixed their issue. Try this and update us.

Check, the Issue occurs with Path Tracer and have these cards on my machine.

Event logs is pointing to igc64.dll

This file igc64.dll is part of the intel graphics driver. Update to the latest version and test.

Also try opening the VUE render dialog if the crash occurs with Path Tracing or Ray Tracing.
