Bentley have updated the signing certificate for IMS during our scheduled maintenance window (21/11/2021). This update may require users to sign out and back in again. If you are automatically signed out, simply sign back in.

Yep we have the same issue.. Nothing indicates the problem is connected to the connection client. This is very poor customer service Bentley.
There is also nothing on the licensing forum about this. Presumably it could have been predicted that there would be a need to sign out of and back into the connection client? Would it not make sense to post an advisory on both forums?

the alert is coming from Connection Client.
That team has updated the IMS certificate on Friday and the Bentley cloud status normally inform of what to do in case of any issues.
At Bentley Cloud Services Status the only information is about sign in Connection Client.
Licensing team has confirmed that those users with this message must log out and sign in again to CC. if the issue is not resolved you may need to open the Licensing tool and by resetting the entitlements, the alerts should work again BUT as recommended before this question should be posted in the correct location to get an official response from Licensing and Cloud team and also to leave your Feedback there.
I have passed your feedback to them but it seems development team only post on the status page.

Thank you for responding and I know you are repeating what you are told to say but this is not good enough from Bentley. If Bentley make a change that effectively blocks access to users who should be able to access software then it is Bentley's job to communicate that change effectively which means posting on the forums where it is most likely to be read and Microstation would be one of those. I'm grateful that you have posted a solution because at least I can tell my users what they need to do.
