Add vertices to line in OpenRoads Designer

It should be available in ORD as well but the "Facet Curve" tool should do what you need:

Can that be used on ORD features?

I dont know if they can be used directly but you should be able to drop the feature to a normal linestring use the facet tool and then convert back to a civil feature.
