Has anyone found a fix for this? I'm trying to export a MicroStation V8i file with several "Self References" to AutoCAD .dwg format. I used to be able to do it, but suddenly now it does not work anymore. I have everything set to "merge" as seen in the image. External references still merge in fine, but the self references will not. FF= is a neat tool that I didn't know about, but unfortunately doesn't allow you to save as .dwg. I can confirm that exporting used to be able to merge in self attachments, no idea why it doesn't work anymore!
