I have not been able to find a key-in for the Update Cell tool. Does such a thing exist? I would like to use Batch Process to update sheet border cells in multiple sheet models in several dgns.

In what version of MicroStation?
What is the exact version no. (e.g. v10.x.y.z) of MicroStation that you are using? Use key-in VERSION to see the version no. in the MicroStation Message Center, or Help→About MicroStation in the backstage.
VERSION
See this blog that shows you how to obtain MicroStation's version number.

I'm actually using OpenRoads Designer v10.1.01.03, which is based on MS CE Update 16 (10.16.00.80) I believe. ORD's help only covers ORD tools, not any platform tools/commands.
I suppose I could use MS to do this also. I have MS v10.16.02.34.

As if by magic, here's MicroStation on-line help.
Thanks. I already looked there and it doesn't give a key-in for Update cell, only Replace cell.
However I found that I can use the following in a Batch Process:
choose allreplace cell extendedselview 1choose none
This works fine in my sheet models that only have one cell (the sheet border). It appears to honor my last-used tool setting of UPDATE.
I can't find a way in Batch Process to apply a command file to ALL SHEET MODELS - only ALL MODELS or DEFAULT MODEL ONLY. It would be nice to add the capability to apply to ALL SHEET MODELS, ALL DESIGN MODELS, and ALL DRAWING MODELS.
I posted an idea on the Microstation Ideas Portal suggesting being able to set model types in batch processor, still tagged as "needs review" though.
Add additional "Initial Model" options to | MicroStation Ideas Portal (aha.io)
hmmm, trying Jon's 'Version' key in, the version reported in Message Center is different that the version reported in the About OpenRoads Designer dialog. I assume the key-in one is the MicroStation version that ORD is built on, but that isn't confusing at all.
Here is the reply I got from Bentley when I pointed out the discrepancy using the version key-in in ORD:
In the screenshot you have attached, Version 10.16.00.80 denotes the MicroStation(platform) version on top of which OpenRoads Designer CE - 2021 Release 1 is built. The version of OpenRoads Designer is denoted in Year/Release sequence without a version number. Same will be implemented for MicroStation in upcoming releases. For example, MicroStation CONNECT Edition - 2022 Release 1.
Note: The full version can be checked from File > Help > About.
