Church organ pedals for CAD 
 Right now, in an intense phase of production I wonder, since many years BTW, why we don&rsquo;t use foot pedals like with the old church organ? Imagine you step Left to get &rdquo;Element select&rdquo; and R to get &ldquo;Undo (Ctrl+Z)&rdquo;. These, or maybe others, are some of the most used commands, for me at least. Actually, you can expand with several pedals like in the church; impressive to see when they do a JS Bach fugue. In CAD though, over and over again you have to go up and to the tool bar&hellip; The productivity upgrade with church organ pedals should be awesome. 
 Has anyone already invented this gadget? If so, please&hellip;.

I had used the puck and digitiser and I had multiple digitisor menus for specific disciplines and workfows which I swapped around and I still had to look down to see the icons on the menus overlays even after 2 years everyday use, too much for my muscle memory... I think the icons were a big improvement for ergonomics .. I used to get stiff neck and more tired going from screen to looking down at digitiser back and forth to screen for everything .. now its more about shoulder, arm and hand but good ero desk, ergo chairs, sit stand desks and having real breaks makes a big difference to RSI etc.. The foot pedals is as I said are more suited to persons with missing limbs or other debilitating conditions.. like I said 3 pedals instead of 3 button mouse which I have seen used in the workplace. But for what the poster wanted a 5 button logitec mouse would be perfect and for better ergonmics they now have one that looks like you use it to iron your shirts... 
 Vertical mouse from amazon.com.au now very inexpensive even wireless .. bigger brand names can be very expensive.. I'm going to order the 6 mouse perixx one now ( 5 buttons for cad use)
