Hi all,
I am trying to find a way to automate the display of scale bar cells depending on the Annotation Scale - any ideas on how I can do this?
In AutoCAD you can apply "Visibility States" to have them display with certain attributes or apply Annotation Object Scale Visibility so it will only display with certain annotation scales (not just blocks but text, etc.)
Do we have any equivalent functionality in Microstation - perhaps with Display Rules or Parametric Cells?
Regards,
Mark

Do you have any example files you could share?

I've run a quick test and Display Rules should achieve what you are describing. There is a Display Rule property for a models Annotation Scale:
Combined with some further rules such as "Is Cell" or using levels the visibility depending on the Models Annotation Scale can be done.
Thanks David, any way to get Display Rules to work in Sheet models?

You can open the Display Styles dialog in sheet models when you put it in the search bar (top right / or press F4). Then they should work.
