Is there a key-in to start Place Composit (curve) in 'Line segment' mode in MicroStation CONNECT Edition?

I like to start Place Composit Curve with the method 'Line segments' by default. Is there a key-in or setting to do so? In previous versions you could use mdl calculat, but this mdl doesn't excist anymore.

 It still exists, but you do not check CE documentation for changes. It is now integral part of MicroStation, so to load calculat application upfront is not necessary.

 place composite set item toolsettings compcurvemodeoptionlabel=3 place composite
