It seems that Smart Match (match element fromcursor) does not match element fill color and fill mode. It always reset Fill mode to None.

For last 10 years or so. It also ignores element templates starting from XM edition(year 2006?), developers just overlooked this when templates were introduced and the bug is outstanding ever since migrating from version to version. Anyone who has tried to attach element templates to elements sooner or later notice this bug.
It seems I stumble over bugs where ever I go in CONNECT.

I do the match with the Alt Left mouse .. I change my default mouse setting to include the change element extended as well so If I match element ( even text) I already with the active settings changed and ready to change next element I click on to this or start drawing by selecting the right tool and the current active is already set to the match element ...my setting below also note the fromcursor not element
