What is the exact version no. (e.g. v10.x.y.z) of MicroStation that you are using? Use key-in VERSION to see the version no. in the MicroStation Message Center, or Help→About MicroStation in the backstage.

MicroStation V8i SS10 is the only version of that generation that is certified for use with Windows 10.
The screenshot doesn't tell us anything, except that MicroStation can't locate an AutoCAD (SHX) font.

Check what this variable is set to in your configuration MS_DWGFONTPATH and make sure that SHX font exists in that directory

As mwlong suggests, the error message shown in the screen capture indicates that MicroStation is having issue locating this AutoCad SHX font. You should either be ensuring the font is located within the folder defined with either configuration variables MS_DWGFONTPATH or editting this to ensure it is pointing the folder where you have it located.

My settings are removed.like my Toolboxes and icons are not set the previous view.always open and change the settings everytime.
This is may not mean anything. It is invasion of font references which are not even used in file. Compress doesn't clean it.
If you know that such font is not used then only option is to reference this file in clean file and copy visible elements using fence copy(do not use reference merge it is evil)
