Hello
In the dialog Analyse > Reports we can export the results to excell.
But is there also a way to make a two way link? With other words I want to link an excell to the report and when I change values in excell, these changes should be reflected in Microstation.
Is this possible?
Thanks for any help.

Hi Luc
there is an option 'Retain association' which can be enabled and then you can use 'Refresh Table From a Data Source'
Please have a look at following links for more information:

Hello,
Thanks for the reply - but I don't think this is what I am looking for.
I would like to be able to export an excell file from a report of Item properties, then change cells in that external excell file - and then these changes should be reflected in the Item properties within my microstation file.
Is that any clearer?
Just to be clear, you are not placing these report items in a table. You want to modify the properties of the items in Excel and have those edits propagated to the Microstation Items.
Is that correct? I'm not sure that can be done but, wanted to clarify for others who may see this thread.
Also, you need to provide information regarding what version of Microstation you are using. Exact version number please
Microstation CONNECT - 10.17.2.61
ORD - 2021 R1 10.10.1.3
ORD 2022 R1.1 - 10.11.3.2
ORD 2022 R3 - 10.12.2.4
Microstation v8i SS 10 - 08.11.09.919
Power InRoads v8i - 08.11.09.615
ProjectWise - 10.0.3.453
That is correct.
I work with Microstation Connect 10.16.03
Thanks,

You're asking two distinct questions...
