I just installed Open Roads. I have been using Microstation Connect Edition Update 16. I had a font called 101 Leroy that was linked to several of my line styles. It has now disappeared and has been replaced with 101 Feature_Control_Symbols. This has happened in the past when I upgraded to a newer version and I was able to correct it, but the path is no longer the same. Can anyone tell me how to retrieve the original font please?
IT'S Pointing to the path with Leroy font
Hi Daryl,
If the font is stored in a particular RSC file, I would try using the Font Utilities tool just to confirm if the required font is indeed stored in it: https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/w/microstation__wiki/8748/edit-font-rsc---font-utilities
If you load an RSC file in the Font Utilities, a list of valid fonts along with their font numbers will display.

Thanks, I checked my Font Utilities and compared with another drafter and no Leroy.rsc text in Font Utilities
Then you may need to get a copy of the other drafter's font RSC file and save it to the proper location on your computer. It's possible that your custom RSC file was overwritten by a "standard" RSC file during some installation or update.
It's also possible that you aren't using the correct workspace/workset for that client's drawings. For example, I do work for both Ohio DOT and Texas DOT. They both have font RSC files, but font 51 is "Proportional" in one and "ISO_Lt" in the other. I have to use the right workspace for each project to make sure that I have the correct fonts avaialble.

Font RSC files are "libraries" of many different fonts, so you might not see a "Leroy.RSC" file. The Font Utility mentioned by Jayson will let you see which fonts are in your loaded RSC file, or in another RSC file to help you locate which RSC library has the font you are looking for.
