Microstation Connect / Topodot crashes on a Azure virtual server

We have a issue where Microstation Connect / Topodot crashes on a Azure virtual server 

Connect version 10.16.2.34, clean installation
Topodot Pointcloud Engine Version 2021.1.1.1
Topodot Extraction Tools Version 2021.1.0.0
Azure server: Standard NV32as v4 (32 vcpus, 112 GiB memory - Windows (Windows 10 Enterprise for Virtual Desktops))

The Microstation application keeps crashing, and it seems like it's when users are trying to load points in Topodot.

Anyone with same issue?
