Get text of a graphical group and level of cell

Hello guys,

I m Damien, I am currently running Microstation Connect V10, on Windows 10 Pro.

I need your help regarding some issues I have and I hope you could help me resolving them.

My issues are regarding the use of report and I am struggling to get the label of a cell in my column and the gcs of the dgn or model. May be it is not possible to get these informations and that is the reason of this post, by getting answers to my questions, hopefully. About the Z, I know that the dgn is a 2D file that is why I am looking for another solution to get them.

Also is there any way to identify the level of a line which is intersecting the origin of a cell? Like a ERPTAS cell and a line element in this case.
