Change mesh normal from selected elements don´t work in latest update as it did in previous versions

Question

Hi 
 I need to change a lot of mesh at the same time, change mesh normal did work with selection set before this latest version 16 "something". 
 Why is this changed or is there another workflow to use the change on selected or inside fence? 
 
 I need to change all of the meshes in image to normal, how do I do it now when I can+t use select or fence? 
 There a lot of meshes and this is not going to work to change normal one mesh at the time:

There is functions in CE to select all meshes and then use the function Change mesh normal but when tested the recomended workflow from bentley support, Microstation crashed. 
 This issue resulted in Defect Report 889687 
 So in future this will work.
