Hi..I changed the ref by using browse option. But the ref data's not showing in the main dgn. I tried to change the nesting option and z value but it's not working.
Is it possible that the data is in a different model of the new drawing?

I didn't get you
Hi Raja Raghu,
Could you please provide a screen shot of your references dialog? do you know if the referenced files has the display turned off?
Have you done a Fit View after attaching the file to verify if the referenced file is far away from your design?
This might be a silly question but is the sheet file name the same as the file name you are attaching?
I see in your ref dialog that you have the Hilite Mode set to Boundaries, yet I do not see any boundary showing. This indicates that you are zoomed in to far to see the extents of the reference file boundary. Try to Fit View. I also see the reference file is scaled XXX:1500. Is that the correct scale factor. Maybe it should be 1:1?
Also, have you checked if the reference file is clipped? If so, delete the clip and then Fit View.

Yes, we get that. However, we need to ask many questions and make many suggestions because we do not have your files, we do not know your workflow & we do not know what you have done up to this point.
Perhaps you can post your files so we can try to replicate your issue.
